Unfortunately due to the current situation there have been reports of severe delays within the royal mail network. On occasion items have taken approximately 10 working days to reach customers. Please only purchase if you are able to wait up to 14 days for delivery as we unfortunately cannot refund or send replacements until this time has passed.

10 cute wooden clouds made from quality 3mm Birch Plywood - this is beautiful natural or can be easily painted to add personalisation. 

Grosgrain ribbon in a range of colours is provided free of charge (please request this at checkout otherwise this will be sent without). We have the following colours: 

Dark Red, Red, Orange, Yellow, Light Green, Dark Green, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Black, White, Lilac, Purple, Light Pink, Dark Pink, Grey. 

The size of the cloud refers to the longest side. 

Multi-buy Offers

For any multi-buy discounts all items need to be added to basket and paid for in one single transaction where the cost of the free item/s will be deducted automatically at checkout. 

Unfortunately if these terms of sale are not met we will not be able to send any promotional items. 

Payment Information

We only accept Paypal Payment. 

We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.

We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed and any e-cheques and pending payments have cleared.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items. 

All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48). 

We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. 

We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
