 We source our products from many distributors warehouses around the world including USA, Australia, Sweden and Hong Kong. The central locations allows us to deliver worldwide enabling our customers to receive their items quickly. Stock locations may vary based on the product ordered.

 Our 30-day money-back guarantee offers you a full refund (minus shipping and gift wrap charges) if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging (with packing slip) within 30 days.

 All products we sell are 100% original brand names. We NEVER sell imitations or knock-offs.

Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned unopened within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition with the original packaging and packing slip. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

After we receive your item, you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift-wrapping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skin care, hair care, or make-up items due to health reasons.

Cancellations, Returns & Change of mind - We do not accept cancellations or change of mind on any orders. If you have ordered the wrong item and found the same product at a lower price elsewhere, please make sure you check your order carefully before making a purchase.

Lost Orders - Please allow 4 weeks for an investigation. If your order is found lost we will either resend it or refund it left to the sellers description.

Shipping Delays - Please be aware we do all we can from our end to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible, though there are times when this is out of our control.

Broken or Damaged Products - All items are packaged extremely well, however if you do receive a damaged item please take a photo of the product, your invoice and the packaging so we can take further action.  

Refused Shipments - We strongly recommend that you collect your parcel. If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return. We will deduct a restocking fee equal to 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse. 

Tracking - All orders are tracked through your local post service with your tracking number provided (tracking number in confirmation email) and a signature is required on all deliveries. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered successfully, we will not accept disputes.

You can expect to receive your order via standard shipping within 5-9 days to major cities, 7-11 days for other destinations and 10-14 days for more remote areas. If you have not received your order after 14 business days please contact us.

Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.

If you leave special delivery instructions you are authorizing the couriers to leave a parcel without a signature. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these cases. If no one is home to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to the nearest post office.
