- We ship all ground packages via Fedex Ground and Freight forwarder within the 48 states.
- We do ship internationally, please email us with your country and postal code and we will be happy to give you the shipping quote.
- All shipping damages needs to be reported to the carrier and us within 24 hours. Please keep all original packing material for shipping carrier's inspection.
- Product is shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is made and received in full. All shipping damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of arrival. Please ask questions before bidding.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
