Waterprofit valves can help you save money on your utilities easier than ever before.
This small revolutionary device and its hydro-technology are designed to save big on your water usage.
The innovative and patented valve technology helps control the consumption of water by reducing the air volume running through your water pipelines and by controlling the air that accumulates in your water.
Piped water is delivered through a maze of pipes that vary both in size and depth. Water consists of Hydrogen and Oxygen. In the water delivery process there can be many variables that can have a direct impact on delivery efficiency but the biggest of these variables is the turbulence or friction which causes the Oxygen to form bubbles.
A water meter CANNOT distinguish between what is air and what is water and as a result, the meter continues to spin at quicker revolutions, hence, for years consumers have been paying not only for water but for AIR as well.
How Does the WaterProfit valve work?
The WaterProfit technology creates a compression zone of up to 200 feet which minimizes the air that accumulates in the water pipes before it reaches the water meter, once the water hits the meter it is ONLY water that is being registered. The revolutions of the water meter will now slow down as a result of this action.
Commonly asked questions
Do you need any approvals prior to installation?
A: No, the valve is inserted on the private side of the property, we are not tampering with or manipulating any Municipal property and the customer does not need to apply for any prior approvals or permits to install the WaterProfit valve.
How much pressure can the valve withstand?
A : The WaterProfit valve has been tested to withstand up to
185 psi which is clearly more than enough for most Commercial applications.
Does the Valve affect my Pressure or my Flow?
A: No, the WaterProfit valve has no affect on the flow that is going to the end user.
The customer may experience a 1-3% drop in water pressure, however, at a standard 60-65 psi, this type of loss will not even be noticed by the consumer.
This loss is also a benefit because that minimal decrease in pressure will help to mitigate waste and over usage.
