Electric Choke Thermostats are integral electric or electric assist style choke thermostats that are internally heated. They are mounted on the carburetor and control the opening and closing of the choke plate. This function allows for a richer than normal fuel/air ratio during cold temperature start and warm-up.

This ELECTRIC CHOKE THERMOSTAT fits the following 1983-1987 FORD and 1984-1985 MERCURY vehicles with MOTORCRAFT/HOLLEY CARBURETORS:
