Shipping:
US: $1.25 for the first item and $.25 for each additional item
International: $2 for the first item and $.50 for each additional item
To get the best shipping rates:
Auctions: Wait until all of your bids have closed, then pay one time or ask for an invoice.
Buy it now: Place items into your shopping cart, when you've chosen all of your items, check out once.
Every
time you complete checkout, the shipping discount flag gets reset by
eBay and the next item gets charged at full shipping price.
If
you order more than 40 items, eBay will separate the items into
multiple invoices. eBay has a maximum of 40 items per invoice. So the
next items will go on a separate invoice and the first item will be
charged full shipping. We have no control over this. We tried... If you want tracking, expedited, or registered services, please notify us before you pay for your items. We will send you an invoice with the new shipping charges. It costs over $15 to add "registered mail" to international orders. So the costs can become substantial.
Our shipping costs are reasonable and non-negotiable. So please keep this in mind when placing bids or buying fixed price covers.

- Our current situation: We list roughly 1500 items a week. Most start at $1.25. Bargains are all over our store!
- We're selling up to 4,000 listings a month and this is rising
- We fill almost 850 orders a month and this is rising
- We state shipping may take up to 20 days. You will probably receive the items much sooner but it may take that long as we travel a lot.
So, while we'd really like to, we basically can't accommodate requests for specialized stamps as postage, etc.
Thanks for being our customers! And thanks for understanding that we're working really hard, doing the best we can, and trying to give our customers good value and great covers. And we're human. So we make mistakes. We do everything we can to make things right and give a full refund if we can't resolve the issue.
We're 2 retired collectors who do this for fun. We buy huge lots of covers to help fill our collections, and we sell what we don't keep. We hire local people to photograph and ship thousands of covers a month. We don't make any profit on this, but we can't afford to lose money either.
We stand by our material. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the cost and shipping charges. No questions asked. For up to 60 days.
We have multiple eBay stores. But we're not able to combine shipping between the stores as they are separate entities.
If you spend a lot of money on an item, we suggest that you get it expertized by a reputable company. That's what we do and we think it's a good idea. If the item comes back as inauthentic, we will, of course, refund the cost of the item and shipping within 6 months of your purchase.
We love philately! We're members of, and donate to, the APS and many other societies. USCS, AFDCS, APS, HKPS, etc. We encourage you to join too. (Stamps dot org is a great resource). AFDCD dot org is another great resource for you cover collectors.
Pictures: We try to post high resolution images. Just click on the image to make it larger. If you want to scrutinize it more closely, save it to your computer and enlarge it even more.
Sniping Software: Yes, some people don't like this. But for our customers who are in different time zones, or can't be at your computer at the close of the auction, there are services that will place bids for you in the final moments of an auction. We use eSnipe regularly ourselves, when necessary.
