Payment
We only accept payment through paypal.
Payment must be received within 4 days after auction ends.
Unpaid dispute will be filed if buyers not payed the goods within 4 days.
Shipping and handling
Client's parcles will be posted within 24 hours except weekends and Chinese holidays.
We ship parcels to United States via ePacket with tracking number to clients' paypal address. Shipping time is approx. 10 - 15 business days.
We will ship parcels to clients' paypal confirmed address all around the world except United States via airmail without tracking number. For a tracking number, please contact us to pay 3 USD; for order bigger than 30 USD, we supply a tracking number free. Please make sure your address is right.
(1) Clients from many countries, usually can get the parcels within 12 - 25 days.
(2) Clients from Mid East, Italy, Spain, South America, sometimes may need about 30 days to arrive.
(3) Clients from Brazil, Russia, the shipping time is a little hard to say, may be longer than 35 days.
If you can't get the parcels in time, kindly contact us to resolve the problems.
We offer expedited shipping service if you wanted the goods in a hurry, please kindly contact us for the expedited shipping postage.
Terms of sales
We promise we will try our best to serve you, not only because we want to stay on EBay, but also because we do really cherish our reputation!
(1) If you couldn't get the parcel in time, which is beyond the estimated delivery time, we will refund you or resend you.
(2) If the goods were damaged during the transportation or the goods were defective (even we try our best to do quality control, we can't guarantee this may not happen), kindly send us a picture, we will refund you or resend you.
(3) Return accepted. Clients pay the returned postage.
(4) We will not leave feedbacks to clients until we got positive feedbacks from clients first, some clients didn't want to let other people know who they were sourcing from. But if you wanted to get feedbacks first, please contact us to do so.
