I take great care to be as through as I can with the listings, but I dont know everything about everything.  (For example, I can't comment on a missing part, when I don't have the detailed subject knowledge to know it's missing.  If I don't mention it, PLEASE ASK!!)

I will do partial or full refunds only in circumstances where I have made a gross error. Please reach out to me prior to opening a case with Ebay.  I'm pretty reasonable. If we agree that an item is to be returned, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING:  I ship from Maine, meaning it is very far away from a lot of places, and I can't do anything about how much it costs to ship from Maine to you.  And I try to include multiple shipping choices for you in cases where lower flat rates may apply.  If you would prefer a different method of shipment than I have listed, please inquire before paying.  I'll gladly do what I can!  

Shipping damage is rare, as I tend to "over package".  But in the event of damage, please reach out to me.  USPS has pretty good insurance coverage for items damaged in transit. Take photos of the box, packaging, and damage item.  They are required to file the claim.
