The chain sparkles and has diamond cut 2mm beads (5 on each side of the medal and 5 in the drop).
This necklace has a flat Cross 14mm (h) x 7mm (w) x 1mm (d).
Miraculous medal size 7mm (h) x 5mm (w) x 1mm (d). Hallmarked 375.
The reverse side of the medal has M (for Mary) at the feet of the Cross of Christ, both the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart, surrounded by a crown of 12 stars representing the 12 apostles and the entire church.
