A leaking crankcase breather valve? Engine all covered in oil on the intake side?
If your car is making squeaking/whistling noises which stop after the oil level dipstick is removed, showing a high level of engine vacuum, you can be 99.9% certain that the crankcase breather valve has been damaged — or, to be specific, its membrane !!!
Other symptoms of its damage include increased oil consumption, smoke and irregular engine operation !!!
The membrane operates in hot oil fumes and simply becomes damaged and deformed.
Over time, the diaphragm valve crankcase ventilation dries and breaks.
Torn through the membrane into the engine gets unaccounted mass air flow sensor.
As a result, the engine can be difficult to start, unstable work (especially at idle) can be misfiring, the same engine can get dust, which enhances the wear and tear of parts and mechanisms.
If the whistle is heard in the area of finding oil separator, then the membrane is torn.
Underestimating this defect can result in engine deposits building up in the turbine, faulty flow meter operation, issues with the EGR valve (irregular engine operation, power shortage), intercooler soiling (increased fume temperature on the intake), reduced air capacity on the intake (power reduction).
The service typically suggests replacement of the whole component, i.e. the oil filter base (valve cover), which is integrated with the oil separator (crankcase breather valve)...
Unfortunately, it is not low cost...
It is also possible to purchase used components, but there is no guarantee of the used membrane being undamaged...
You can save a lot by buying the membrane itself from us and replacing it on your own !!!
Your engine will be dry and clean again and the oil will not reach the intake system and thus the turbine !!!
The replacement is very simple and takes no more than 30 minutes !!!

Replacement instructions:
Remove the valve cover.
Remove the valve crankcase ventilation (mounted inside the valve cover).
Remove the cover membrane. install a new membrane.
Assemble in reverse order.
During the first run, after replacing the membrane, the engine may not work steadily
(This is due to the fact that when the membrane was torn fuel cards to reconfigure the computer, in accordance with the lambda probes that detect increases in oxygen content).
After replacing the membrane restores valve and leak persists unaccounted air control unit needs some time to adjust fuel cards.
Must be allowed to run the engine for a while, switch off the ignition and start again, the engine must reach normal operation.
