NGC authenticated and graded MS 61 BN. A mottled mix of faded mint red and steel with olive overtones and a couple tiny carbons specks over 4 in the date. There is a trivial tick on the cheek, hardly notable. Smooth surfaces, stronger luster on the reverse than the obverse, rim cuds ont eh upper reverse over TES in STATES.
