Payment

We are currently accepting payments via Paypal, cashiers check, and personal check.  All funds must be cleared prior to shipment of goods.

Shipping

Standard shipping hours are Monday through Friday until 4 p.m E.S.T. To request overnight or same day shipping, please contact us at 248-207-4203. We ship via UPS and Fed-Ex. Shipping through other freight companies will require an additional $20 handling fee, and will be added to the final price. We can also ship items using the buyers account number, provided it is a U.S account number. For any freight shipments (150 lbs or over), there will be a $20 handling fee.

International Buyers: Please include a valid phone number with shipping instructions to avoid shipping delays and lost shipments. If a buyers international shipment is lost, delayed, or otherwise cannot be shipped and they did not supply a phone number, their purchase will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, duties and V.A.T. charges.

Terms of Sale

Payment in full is expected within 7 days from date of purchase. Any purchases not paid for in full within the 7 day time period will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be re-listed for sale. Unless otherwise stated, all electrical and mechanical components carry a 7 day warranty. If any item guaranteed by us is not in working condition, return it to us freight prepaid within 7 days of receipt and your full purchase price will be refunded. We are not liable for any consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with improper use of our items. Our maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the contract price for the goods claimed to be defective or unusable.

Sales Tax

State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Michigan. 6.00% sales tax applies to all Michigan residents unless a tax exempt form is presented. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside of Michigan.
