This device is an ex demonstration device from a retail store and never truly "used"

Cosmetically the device is new no visible dents / markings/ scratches when held at arms length

(30cm from your face  ie regular use)

Very close inspection may reveal some very slight signs of use in retail environment

 Please note this device is supplied new unlocked with 3 PIN charger, USB cable and headset in the

original but slightly damaged box.


T&C of supply:~

Dispatch: We always endevour to dispatch within one working day (Monday to Friday) and wherever possible the same day. 

Most items paid for by 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. We dispatch via DPD or Royal Mail. 

All deliveries will require a signature on arrival. 

Delivery should be within two working days of dispatch. 

If you have not received your goods within 5 working days of us emailing to confirm dispatch please let us know. 

We are unable to offer a collection service and currently only dispatch to UK addresses.

Payment: We only accept payment via PayPal and only ever dispatch to the address supplied by them with that payment; which should match the address you have showing at ebay. 

Requests to change the delivery address via seperate email following purchase are never accepted for obvious security reasons.


Warranty:  

This covers product failure only and NOT customer damage.

In the event that an item is returned to us for a refund/replacement it must be in the condition supplied and with all accessories and in its original box (if supplied) .

The IMEI must match the one supplied. 

Items returned for a refund will be inspected by our technical department on arrival and a refund may be refused if customer damage is discovered eg bled screens or liquid or any other signs of customer damage. 

If a product is genuinely faulty we will also pay the cost of return postage when sent by the method we request. 

We do not pay return postage costs if products are as advertised or the buyer changes their mind.
