- The model shown on the photo, KWA2003K10, is the model that was sold exclusively in Japan by Nissan until 17th February 2020.  As it is a discontinued model, this model is becoming scarce.

SHIPPING 

- The shipping is free of charge, It is delivered to you by way of registered mail. We use postal services provided by Japan Post (EMS or ePacket). 


- The delivery time depends on the type of shipping and country of destination. It usually takes 7 to 15 days for parcels to be delivered by EMS, and 10 to 25 days by ePacket (Registered Air-to-Air Airmail).

- Please note that, due to COVIT-19, to some countries, it is not possible to deliver the parcel by way of EMS or ePacket. Upon your placing of an order, in the event that we find that Japan Post does not provide EMS/ePacket service to your country, we will forward an Email to you, and ask you if you are fine to have your parcel delivered by sea (Surface Mail). If you are fine with Surface Mail, we shall forward your item by Surface Mail. Conversely, if you are not fine with such Surface Mail, we will recommend that you cancel your order. 


- As of 16th of December 2021, to our customers in the U.S, we are forwarding this item by way of EMS.

- As of 16th December 2021, to our customers in the following countries, we forward the item by way of ePacket:

- As of 16th December 2021, due to some international logistics issues, we are only able to forward the item to the following countries by way of Surface Mail (by sea, which usually takes 1 to 3 months ):

'Note: For the Surface mail to Australia, due to the policy held by logistic companies, the lithium-ion battery installed inside the watch needs to be taken out from the watch, and the watch needs to be forwarded without any battery installed inside the watch. The onus would be on buyers to change the battery.

- Any tax/customs duties/VAT/fees to be imposed by the importing country shall be incurred by the buyer. 

 

OTHERS

- The warranty for this watch is valid, only in Japan. 

- As it is stated in the instruction manual of this product, the factory battery is installed inside the watch, however, the factory-installed batteries run flat after 2 years from the production date. As this watch was purchased by us in Y2020, we hold the view that the factory-installed batteries will go flat soon. 

- As a way to add value to all our customers, we offer our service of taking the old battery out, and installing the brand new battery, before we ship out the watch to you. This service is your option, and it is free of charge. Upon your placing of an order, before we ship out the watch, we will contact you via ebay's email, and notify you of our free services of installing the brand new battery. You will also be notified in the email that, in order for us to install the brand new battery into your watch, we would need to open the box/watch for the installation of the brand new battery. In the event that you confirm with us that you are fine with an arrangement of us opening the box, the back of the watch and install the new battery for you, we shall proceed with an installation of the brand new battery for you, for free of charge.

- Please be informed that should you wish to have the box/watch unopened, and should you prefer to install a new battery by yourself, we will NOT open the box or the back of your watch. In such case, you shall bear any expenses associated with your installation of a new battery at your local watch shop, and we shall ship out the watch without opening the box. 

- As mentioned above, for the Surface mail to Australia, due to the policy held by logistic companies, the lithium-ion battery installed inside the watch needs to be taken out from the watch, and that the watch needs to be forwarded to buyers without any battery. The onus would be on buyers to change the battery.
