If you find the item delivered defective on arrival, please immediately inform us and return it to us within seven days against an RMA number. We will refund you excluding the  shipping and handling. Any damages resulted from misuse such as statistic electricity damage, breakage due to drop or excessive force, and any physical changes to the item such as fiber cut, pin soldering, seal remove and so on will void the warranty.
