Gorgeous pair of Ruffle Gypsy Lace leggings by Free People.   Eccentric soft leggings are embellished with a mixture of solid and sheer banding, every other tier is sheer embellished with hint of ruffle.  Simply divine, not a legging out there like it. Soft elastic waist. Leggings have nice stretch. These are no longer in production.
