We aim to provide excellent customer service, and great quality products at good prices. Please allow us 24 hours to respond to your email queries.

 If there is a problem with your item, please do get in contact first to allow us a chance to resolve the problem before leaving feedback as we strive towards 100% customer satisfaction.

Postage

WE POST WORLDWIDE

Items are sent daily, Monday to Saturday, most items are dispatched if payment is received before 3pm the same day (Monday to Friday). We post Saturday.

Items sent in the UK usually arrive within a few days. However, please allow 2 weeks before reporting them as lost, then let us know if they have not arrived and we will resolve the issue.

Overseas items usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, but please allow 4 weeks before reporting them as lost.

We are happy to post worldwide. If you wish to buy international please contact us to confirm postage. 

Payment

We are happy to accept paypal, cheques or postal orders.

International customers - paypal only.

If you make payment by postal order or cheque these will need to clear before the item is dispatched

Returns

Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of being received. Please note, postage will not be refunded.

For faulty items, we will also refund postage.
