Using the included thumb pin or blue tack, attach the Locator to the ceiling or floor you are trying to reference. On the other side in the Attic or Crawlspace, the Magnespot receiver's Arrow will illuminate and emit a tone and light when you have found the Locator.
The Magnespot 2.0 Receiver can be used with other tools. It can locate object such as glow rod ends, Magnepull bullet magnets.
