Antique Ship Building Repair Equipment Maine Estate Find Bath Iron Works?

Up for sale is an antique unusual ship building/repair equipment piece, discovered in Bath Maine estate. Most probably part of Maine Bath Iron Works, the first piece of this kind we have ever seen, truly a local piece of Maine ship building history. Would make for a fantastic decor, display, could also easily be repurposed into a beautiful sitting bench. Supposedly the piece would be attached to the top of the ship and left down on ropes while a person would be sitting on it and doing the necessary maintenance/repair on the ship. The equipment is on wooden wheels and has storage under the seat.
