1973 Olympics 10 Dollar
When production began for the Olympic 1973 map reverse ten dollar coins, the obverse die from the 1974 Olympic ten dollar coin was used for roughly (see Numista - Mintage chart) 320 of these mule coins. In roughly 15 years only 5 have been seen in auctions that ranked at the mint state. Of these the highest was MS66. However, a private collector sold his specimen which certifies at MS68.
