Conformal coating adhesive mainly protects the electronics circuits against moisture, dirt ,dust ,and thermal shocks, that could corrode, short circuit ,or otherwise damage the electronic components, it insulate against high-voltage arcing,shortsm and static discharges

apply a thin coat on pcb with brush applicator and cure it with a UV torch (not included)

it has very low viscosity and cures in second, if you leave it in direct sun light for 2 hours it will cure properly
