Description of item for sale:

This large polished bronze incense burner/chandelier is from France and it dates to the late 1800's.  It was originally hung near the altar in a church with a set of candles or a lantern inside.  It has a beautifully polished bronze finish with slight patina in the cracks.  Some time in the last 50 years it has been converted to a chandelier with a light in the middle.  This lamp is in very good antique condition with only minor imperfections. Although, the wiring is newer we recommend that it be replaced with ore modern materials if it is to be kept as a chandelier.   Dimensions: 64.5" high including the chains and 16" diameter.  The body itself is 13.5" high.  (4601)
