Refunds are offered within 14 days if the product is misrepresented or defective. Return shipping for these items will be paid by us, but if buyer decides that does not want the item and would like to return it, buyer pays the return shipping cost and original shipping cost. Before a return can be process pictures of the item must be provided to seller before buyer ships the item. Item returned must be the same item shipped as identified by serial number or special UV/permanent markings and item must not been installed or used in any way. All non defective items returned could be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
