Stamp(s) shown in photographs are the ACTUAL stamps on which you are bidding.

I accept only PayPal.  Payment is due within 5 days of the close of auction.

Except for Canada, I do not normally ship internationally.  For other  countries please contact me prior to or immediately after bidding for shipping amounts.   I absolutely will not ship to Italy, Armenia, Slovakia, South Africa, Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, or French Polynesia anymore due to unreliable mail service.

I ship within 48 hours of payment.  I gladly will combine shipping charges on multiple items.  To receive a combined shipping discount please request, following Auction close on your final item, a total invoice.  Stamps shown in Auction Scans on a stock or album page may be removed and shipped in glassine envelopes to save on postage.

Forgeries and fakes of US stamps on Ebay are uncommon but possible.  Forgeries, reprints, or fakes on Ebay are not uncommon for foreign stamps, especially of valuable over prints, cancellations,   or for certain notorious countries (eg. Fiume and Heiligoland).  Even “Expert Marks” and “Expertizing Certificates” can be forged or abused.   Forgeries and fakes have not been considered by me unless they are obvious and will be noted if known by me.  I believe the often significant  price discounts from catalog value on Ebay reflect this reality.  Please be aware and bid accordingly.

The stamp(s) may be returned  if not as described, or is (are) otherwise unacceptable, within 14 days for a prompt refund of purchase price, less shipping& handling,  as long as the stamp(s)is(are) received back  here in the same condition as when originally sent. I will not be responsible for any after Auction Expertizing outcomes or fees under any circumstances.
