All boards are tested in the units before being placed on E-bay. 

If there is an issue with the part you received, please message us through the message system or our email included with the part. These messages are checked frequently. If you message us, we may be able to help you determine if you ordered the correct part for your symptom.

When contacting us regarding a part you received, if the part happens to be defective, we will take it back. If you ordered the part in error or shot-gunning it, please be honest when contacting us. Treat US the way you would want to be treated and we'll do the same. Do not open a case for 'defective part' simply because it didn't resolve the issue with your unit. If you provide enough information that tells us the part is defective, we will issue a full refund.

We recommend a technician diagnose your unitPlease note: Our guarantee against defective parts is only honored when the part is purchased and installed by a qualified technician. We accept no responsibility for injuries to buyers or damage to units or for parts installed by untrained persons. 

No returns unless installed by a certified technician. 
When contacting us, please state the reason for returning the item. If determined to be defective, please states the process to determine the part was defective. Do NOT contact us and say "part does not work". If enough information is given and found the part is defective, we will issue a refund. Simply contact us directly.

*Any parts returned and determined to be damaged or non defective will not receive credit and buyer will be notified.

All Returns MUST include the following:

*Prior approval before returning the item.

*Original Invoice with explanation for return.

Part must have our identifying marks.

UNPAID WINNING PURCHASES WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER 48 HOURS.


Please do not return an item to us if you have not first contacted us. If an item is returned without contacting us first, then we will have no idea who it came from and your refund or replacement will be delayed.

All of our items have special markings on the board. If a return does not have this marking,  then a refund can not be issued until the correct board has been returned to us. The buyer will also need to pay shipping to get their original item back from us.

Returns on TV Parts that were purchased incorrectly are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item being returned is not packaged safely and damaged then no refund will be issued.

If the item arrives to you that is not working, you will have a replacement sent out. If no replacement is available then a refund will be issued.

If an item is over $100 and claimed to not be working, then that original item will have to be sent back to us and verified by our certified technician that it indeed does not work and then, if the item is truly not working, a replacement will be sent out and if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
