JUNG INGER signs the paws or sometimes the identification tags of stuffed animals, and that's just what he was doing on Saturday at F. A. O. Schwarz, where owners of Steiff animals lined up to get his autograph. Mr. Junginger is the great-grandnephew of Margarete Steiff, founder of the company and chief designer of its toys.
