Windsurfing Fin Repair System For US Box

If you break the front or back of your favourite US Box Fin, dont bin it ,fix it.

The fin repair plug will do the job.

How to Fit.

Step 1. Trim the front or back as shown with a hack saw.

Step 2. Drill a 5mm hole in the fin at the front or back depending on which bit has snapped.

Step 3. Put a small drop of epoxy resin or epoxy glue like araldite into the hole and push in the fin repair plug.

Step 4. Line up the plug and allow to dry.

Step 5. Re- fit your fin into your board.

Note if you are repairing the back of the fin you may need to fit a new pin ,just cut down a bolt to fit, add a drop of epoxy to hold it in place.
