We want you to love your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged "as received" condition with no makeup stains. Once we receive a compliant item, we will initiate a full refund (minus shipping fees, if any) within one business day. In most cases it will take 2-3 additional business days for the money to travel between PayPal and your bank. For exchanges, buyer pays to ship the item to us and covers the cost of the new shipment using original shipping method.
