Greek Seasoning Mix for Mousaka 70gr by Cretanlife:

These aromatic spices used in the traditional mousaka recipe penetrate the meat and give a really characteristic taste and smell which permeates the house, once put in the oven. 

Spices Included: Oregano, Cinnamon, Salt

Recipe:First cook the minced meat on which you sprinkle the mix for mousaka. Afterwards, drip some olive oil over a fireproof long-narrow tray and sprinkle it with some grated toasted bread.Lay half of the eggplants and then sprinkle half of the cheese. Lay over half of the cooked minced meat and then repeat with the rest of the eggplants, cheese and minced meat. Then, lay the cream over the mousaka and cook it in a reheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes until its surface gets brown.Leave it to cool and serve it.
