Very Beautiful Vintage Brass lamp from the Deccan area of India has been rewired and refitted with current day bulb holders so it can be used in the USA. This lamp is one of a kind and was probably made in the early to mid 20th century. The lamp has 2 bulb holders one at the top and one in the mid section where it lights up the Buddha and peacock emblems and also the colorful glass   beads which gives it its unique and attractive look.

The lamp does have defects, the stem at the base of the lamp is loose and hence the tilt but it still stands up straight. The dome in the middle is missing one of its little points which lock the lamp in place

The table or lamp stand does not come with the lamp shade as it will make it bulkier nor do the bulbs as they are fragile and will break during shipping, you can get your own energy efficient bulbs. If you want the shade you will have to let me know.

You can get a more attractive shade but this will take away the attention from the lamp.
