Personalised orders: 
I can change any or all text on the invitations and cards as required. Please leave all details in the message box at the checkout or email me through eBay messages.

On receipt of any personalisation I will draft your order then email you a copy to check before I go ahead and print.
I ask you to check all spelling and layout and confirm you're happy.

Take note I will not send your order until you have confirmed you are happy with the draft I send you.

INVITATIONS
Are printed on professional A grade matte photo paper 128gms
and will need to be folded to fit into the envelopes.

If you require them in a smaller size so they fit in the envelopes unfolded I am more than happy to do this
please leave a message with your Purchase.

Invitations that need folding roughly measure 18.5cm x 13cm
Unfolded invitations roughly measure 16cm x 11cm


THANK YOU CARDS
Are printed on 200gsm satin photo card and quality professional 300gsm linen card.
Inside of the card is printed with a design complementing the design on the front and can be printed with a personal message or left blank.
The cards roughly measure 13.5cm x 11.5cm
Handmade envelopes are slightly bigger

Handmade Invitations and Cards will be presented in a cellophane bag.
All designs are created by me. 
Please do not copy or sell as your own. 

REFUNDS
Personalised items will not be refunded if the details you give me are incorrect, I will always send you a draft to check for your approval before I post your order.
None personalised items will be refunded if you change your mind before the item is posted.
I will also refund or replace if the item arrives damaged or is lost in the post (I will request a photo showing any damage)

All monitors display colour differently; please take this into consideration when placing your order.

  Please take note. Due to the personalisation of these items they are made to order, not pulled from stock.
I try my best to Post items within 3 days but on the occasions when I am busy it may take longer, I will always email a buyer with information of dispatch.
I am happy to accommodate if an order is needed urgently, please email me before you place your order.
As a seller of handmade items it can sometimes be impossible to deliver within the time stated under eBay delivery rules, please remember delivery times are ESTIMATES and therefore guidelines.
