Terms and Conditions 

Items in our listings & eBay Shop are on the stock file within our Parts Department, although they are marked reserved once placed on eBay. If in the unlikely event that our workshop or local customer requires the item urgently we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale on eBay but will attempt to contact any bids to explain the situation.  We reserve the right to re-list any items not paid for within 7 days & record any unpaid strike against the winning bidder unless that bidder has contacted us to inform us of any delay such as a holiday, when we will extend the period to an agreed date. If that date is then exceeded then the above will apply & negative feedback will be left. 

PAYMENT  

For UK buyers we accept payment via Paypal, postal order, cash by recorded delivery, bank transfer and cash on collection by arrangement.  It is up to the buyer to make sure that any parts they buy are suitable for their cars. We try out best to provide all the information about the car parts to the best of our knowledge. For any further queries we are happy to answer and provide any further details.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING 

We package all our items very well and we make it our priority that the goods reach our buyers in excellent conditions!  We aim to dispatch all goods same day if payment is cleared on the same day before 2pm. We are more than happy to offer extra postal services if discussed beforehand.

All items received must be checked before signing to ensure they are as described in the listing and in order. 

 

RETURNS  

We accept returns providing the item is returned to us in the same condition within 14 days. Buyer will be held liable for postage and packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for electrical items.
