YODA measures @ 1 1/2  inches tall 
SPIRIT OF OB-WAN KENOBI measures @ 2 inches tall
R2-D2 measures @ 1 1/2 inches tall

These ornaments are in near mint condition and come from my own personal collection. These are PVC figures from Hasbro Star Wars Galatic Heroes, 
 
 I just made them into Christmas ornaments with a ribbon hanger for this listing.
