Suggested Use of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane):
As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop (1000 mg) mixed into water or your favorite beverage 2-3 times daily or as directed by your health care professional. Nutritionists recommend a daily intake of 4 to 15 grams. MSM can be taken in higher doses (16 to 30 grams), but only under a doctor's supervision, due to its blood thinning effects. Can be taken with meals or on an empty stomach.
