The condition is new with tags. The main zipper hangs up in a few spots, but it can fully close. Just takes a few tries.  I personally don't zip my purse very often, so it wouldn't be an issue for me, but it does get a little stuck. It's very smooth unzipping, just has a problem closing.

The dimensions are: 15"L x 11"H x 5"W with an adjustable removable shoulder strap. Handles 6" drop.
