Care instructions

Surface blemishes may be removed by using a damp cloth or sponge in either warm or cool water.

NEVER HOT

Marks or stains can be removed by brushing firmly with a stiff bristle suede cloth. Persistent marks may be treated with a recommended suede cleaner.

Postage and Delivery

• Orders received from Sunday to Friday will be dispatched within 48 hours.
• Items ordered over the weekend (from Friday noon to Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
• For all the buyers outside Australia,  orders will be delivered by Australia Post, and extra postage need to be calculated and paid by buyers. 
• Buy more than one item, you will get a 2.5% combined discount. Please follow the below steps to finish your multiple items purchases .

Sales Return

• We accept all the returns when you receive the items within two days, while you need to pay the postage by yourself.We also need to deduct initial freight cost from your refund if the return is not our problem.
