Selling this Rare Vintage L.M.S.N.C.C. Hotels Green Glass Blob-Top Beer Bottle.AH7901.

Very good condition. The N.C.C.  (Northern Counties Committee) was originally formed in 1903 to serve the N/E of Ireland.It was built to the Irish Gauge of  5ft  3ins.

   In 1923, it became part of the London Midland & Scottish Railways.

The beer bottles would have been in use in the various hotels throughout the country,so it was circulating  from the c1920s to the late 1940s, when the N.C.C. was sold to the U.T.A. (Ulster Transport Authority) in 1949.

Measures approx:230mm. About 9inches.
