If payment hasn't been received by the end of the 4th day a claim will be filed.
The buyer will then have an up to 4 days to complete their payment.
If the payment isn't complete on day 10, the action will be cancelled and the buyer will be reported for non-payment.
Shipping
All shipments are sent using US Postal Service with tracking and delivery confirmation, to Paypal Certified Addresses Only!
Due to value and weight, there may be additional shipping or insurance fees that apply that will be invoiced based on actual cost, if there is any.
Unfortunately, I have to charge sales tax if you live in NC.
International deliveries will not be marked as gifts or have lower values declared on the customs forms. Any customs fees, if applicable, are the buyers sole responsibility.
Return Policy
Returns accepted if the item isn’t as I described it in the listing, but please contact me before you start the process so to help me understand why you need to return it.!
As I am providing detailed measurements, returns are not accepted due to fit issues unless I made a mistake on the measurements.
Buyers who return and item for any reason other than an error or omission on my part will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original Shipping will not be refunded.
Undeliverable packages will not receive a refund on shipping.

Cleaning and Ironing: In almost all cases, you’re purchasing an item that has been pre-owned. I have checked all items for holes, stains, buttons, and loose strings. If there is any unusual signs of wear, it will be noted in the photographs provided. Due to the packaging and shipping process, it is likely that cloth items will arrive with wrinkles. It is a good practice to have any pre-owned item dry-cleaned or laundered prior to wearing.
Inclusions and Exclusions: All pictures are of the actual item. Accessories (shoe trees, hangers, etc.) shown in pictures are not included in the auction unless described as part of the auction.
About Me
I have created this store to sell clothing items that I no longer use. I have lost a lot of weight and I bought 40 – 50 shirts, pants, Suits, Jackets at various sizes as I lost the weight. I am also selling anything that doesn’t fit me properly as I’ve learned more about what works better for me. I’m doing a similar exercise for my other family members and have a few of their items too. Finally, as I find other items that are in great condition or new that I think someone would like to have, I’ll put those up too. On a year over year basis, I will donate 10% of any net proceeds to charity, plus, I have donated hundreds of other items that were great clothes, but not name brands that people look for on ebay.
