What does all this mean?  You're getting a tough switch that will last a long time in your instrument and look good doing it!  The RG Latch has two "click" levels that allows you to stutter, or lock in the 'off' position.  The LED changes from green to red when the button is pressed.  The default setting is GREEN=ON, RED=OFF, but it is easy to switch. Just reverse the battery wires to the switch.

The switch is easy to install. If you have the slightest bit of skill with a soldering iron you can do it yourself. If you do not have that skill, you should have a guitar repair person do it.

**A note about resistors:  This switch uses resistors that have been wired directly to the connection terminals. These resistors make it safe to use a 9V battery with no other external resistors.
