Lager (1.7kg)

Straw colour with golden hues and a lacy white head. Light floral aromas follow through on a light to medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavours and a clean finish. An Australian Lager style with plenty of character.

Coopers recommend adding 1kg of Brew Enhancer 2 for best results, or you can use sugar

Dark Ale (1.7kg)

Rich mahogany colour and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavours, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish. A favourite amongst dark beer drinkers.

Real Ale (1.7kg)

Bright golden colour with a strong head, pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish.

Coopers recommend adding 1kg of Brew Enhancer 2 for best results, or you can use 1kg of sugar

Stout (1.7kg)

Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso crema, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouthfeel and dark malt characteristics.

The combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.

Coopers recommend adding 1kg of Brew Enhancer 3, or you can use 1kg of sugar

Draught (1.7kg)

Light yellow-gold colour with a tightly packed white head, floral nose with a hint of malt, medium bodied palate with delicate hopping and a slightly bitter finish. The most discerning draught drinker will appreciate this beer.

 Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 (1kg) contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. The Light Dry Malt, being 100% pale malt, will further add to the body and increase the malt character of your favourite brew.

Coopers Brew Enhancer 3 (1kg) contains a high proportion of Light Dry Malt combined with dextrose and maltodextrin. 

Devil's Half Ruby Porter This full bodied Porter has ruby hints, delicious chocolate toffee malt character, moderate bitterness with fruity hop notes and a rich creamy head. Makes 40 Pints 4.5% ABV. Recommended to be brewed with 1kg Light Dry Spraymalt.

 

 Preacher's Hefe Wheat Bright hazy gold with soft texture, banana and clove aromas, smooth creamy white head and refreshingly tart finish. Makes 40 Pints 4.5% ABV, Recommended to be brewed with 1.5kg Coopers Wheat Malt Extract.

 

Innkeeper's Daughter Sparkling Ale deep golden amber colour and full malt driven palate. It displays distinctive fruitiness with banana esters, generous hops, a clean bitter finish and strong creamy head. Recommends 1.5kg Light Dry Spraymalt, Makes 40 Pints 4.5% ABV.

 

Family Secret Amber Ale Rich deep copper in colour, this mid bodied Ale has a biscuity malt palate balanced by toffee caramel sweetness and a nutty finish with citrus hop notes. Recommended to be brewed with 1kg Light Dry Spraymalt. Makes 40 Pints 4.5% ABV.

 

86 Days Pilsner Golden in colour with subtle malty sweetness and elegant refined herbal notes, a refreshingly clean, crisp bitter finish and rich frothy head. Recommended to be brewed with 1kg Light Dry Spraymalt. Makes 40 Pints 4.5% ABV.

 

Bootmaker Pale Ale Rich amber colour, toffee malt flavours, citrus and pine hop aromas, a refreshing bitter finish and thick creamy head. Recommended to be brewed with 1.5 kg Light Dry Spraymalt. Makes 40 Pints 4.5% ABV.

 

 Brew A IPA (American Style IPA) Full bodied with deep amber and reddish hues, its tropical, citrusy, grapefruit notes and toasty amber malt balances the clean, hop filled, bitter finish. Recommended to be brewed with: To make 23 litres 1.5kg Light Dry Spraymalt, To make 20 litres 1kg Light Dry Spraymalt. 

Golden Crown Lager. Deep golden hues, firm malty body, herbal notes with lingering fruity aroma, tight compact head and refreshing bitterness.
