This attractive Pelican Blood Donation Silver & Gold  Award Stick Pin Badge is Hallmarked: (Anchor- Birmingham) - (Lion -Sterling Silver) and the letter C for 1976-1977.   The minute Silversmith mark reads: BM & B Co. which I think is the   Birmingham Medal & Badge Company which was  registered in 1949.  The overall length of the Stick Pin is 60mm. The Pelican Finial  measures 15mm x 15mm.
