Sterling Silver Spoon

This is a very nice spoon made by the South Dakota Gold Co.

It depicts many points of interest in and around

Los Angeles California.

The spoon is 5 3/4" long and weighs 16 grams or .5 ounces.

The San Gabriel Mission is in the bowl of the spoon.

On the top of the handle it says Eureka

and there is a woman, a dog and a sunset.

Below is a picture of the State Capitol Building.

California is  written down the spine of the handle.

On the back is a picture of the Court House of Los Angeles.

Then the Carmel Mission 1770.

Continuing with Sutter's Mill  Gold Discovered.

The condition is great, no dents or bends and very light surface wear.
