We have our own 20,000 square foot premises in Yorkshire, England from where we pack and ship every order ourselves. We don't outsource or drop-ship and offer in house customer services and product support

We accept various payment methods, including paypal and Bank transfers

Item will be dispatched the Same Day (Purchased before 2:00PM) where possible or within one working day.

Please note: Normal Delivery time is 1 - 2 working days for delivery within United Kingdom with Royal Mail First Class Post.

Royal Mail Second Class Post takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

If customers are not fully satisfied with our product, simply return the item to us in an unused condition and we will process a refund once the item is received. Please add a note with the returned item
