There are 12 cutting rollers that make as many shapes of pasta fresca : capellini, lasagnette, linguineravioli , raviolini, queens,spaghetti ,spaghetti guitar, trenette and vermicelli.

atlas 150 Accessories are made of chromed steel with anodized aluminum alloy rollers to not release metals on the pasta and guarantee a 100% healthy and genuine product.

They can be easily applied to the atlas 150 models and can be used with the pastadrive * motor to make your work even faster.  

(* for safety reasons the motor cannot be applied to mafaldine, pappardelle, reginette, ravioli , raviolini formats).
