Graded products Please do not expect a brand new product, because of thegraded nature of the products they all will generally exhibit signs of cosmeticimperfections, this could be a small mark or scratch or it could mean fairlyheavy marks on the casing of an amplifier / enclosure. You should not expect toreceive instructions or wires with any item unless otherwise specified. Damaged Packaging We're able to make BRAND NEW pairs of speakers from matchingnew products together & from products that are returned for a number ofreasons including damaged and soiled packaging. These can not new sold as new. All products from ARC are marked as ARC. This is to ensurethe product has been through its testing program before being shipped and toalso ensure it is not bought from us and then resold as brand new.
