Delivery and Return Information
Postage is £2.99 to UK destinations. If any of our products are not free carriage we do combine postage at the rate of £3.95 for the first item and 50p per item thereafter. Please select each item and add them to your basket but don't pay for them until all of the required products are in your basket. Once you have selected all of the required items, there is an option to ‘pay for all items from this seller’ choose this option and all items will be put in to one order and combine the postage.
Please note: Orders for multiple variations and product lines must be ordered using the shopping basket as detailed above. If multiple orders addressed to the same person and address are received, they may be packed together without refund of the combined postage
Despatch and Postage
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours but due to circumstances this may take 2 days excluding weekends and bank holidays. Any returned items due to wrong or undeliverable addresses may be charged postage for redelivery.
UK Delivery Addresses
We post most of our items via Royal Mail 1st class and you should receive your item within 2 days but please be advised this can take longer and Royal Mail will only accept an item being lost after 15 delivery days. For heavier orders we will use Interlink Express although other couriers may be used. Please supply us with a contact number which will be passed to the courier in the event they need to contact you to aid them in their delivery. If the contact number is a mobile, you may receive a text giving you a 1hr window in which they will attempt delivery.
Non UK Destinations
Deliveries to Europe are 3 – 5 working days and the rest of the world 5 – 7 working days. Please be advised these times are a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail will only register a claim for loss after 21 working days, please wait until this time has lapsed before contacting us. Large or heavy orders may incur extra costs, please message us for a quote, this will be kept to a minimum.
Returns
If you feel you need to return an item for any reason please contact us for a return address. If you change your mind about your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the condition the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received with all accessories and packaging complete.
