Broken pins can be replaced with these spring loaded pins without dismantling the frame of your Plantation Shutter (please check measurements carefully below if purchasing to repair)

Small items will be sent by Australia Post Letter in strong carded mailers
Larger items such as Louvres will be sent by courier.
All items will be dispatched within the specified time frame, however, delivery times shown on our listings are estimated by eBay and sometimes, for reasons outside our control, the items may take a day or two longer than the estimated time. We ask that should you require your items fast, that you use the Express postage option (for small items) or contact us first.
We are happy to accept small items in return for a full refund regardless of reason providing they are returned in their original condition
Louvers and link rods are cut to the size you specify so although returns are not accepted for these, please do contact us with any concerns and we will do our best to help.
