Antique Bowling Trophy Silver plate bowling pins on a wooden base c1900
A bowling trophy to the founder and treasurer of a Bowling League (BLSC).
This beautiful trophy has a great look, with stricken bowling pins and one that is going to be stricken by the bowling ball in the centre. The floor on which there are the pins is square and is born by four bowling balls and beautiful bay leaves. Everything is mounted on a wooden base.
There is a plaque which tells the item was to Jock, founder member and treasurer of the BLSC (clearly a Bowling League), but nothing is told to which town the league was in.
The wooden base is 15 cm in diameter and 6 cm high. The whole trophy is 14,5 cm high. Each pin is 5,8 cm high.
A good old piece, some wear to the plating and on the wooden base.
