Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Please chose 1st class delivery for extra if you wish to receive your parcel erlier. We aim to pack and dispatch all our orders placed by 4pm (Monday- Friday) at the same day, however delays possible during busy periods. Orders placed over the weekend or Bank holidays will usually be dispatched on next working day.

You should receive your item within 2-3 working days (2nd class) and 1-2 working days (1st class). However there can be delivery delays caused by carrier, please allow up to 10 working days and also check with your neighbours and local sorting office to check if they have it waiting for you. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. Before sending back the item, please contact us to tell the issue.
Buyer has to pay the return postage and refund will be issued excluding postage fees, if buyer decided to exchange the item to another size, Buyer still pays the return postage.
In addition, buyer has to cover the exchanging cost of the postage. Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.
Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
