Space Shuttle Columbia Carried Flag, NASA Certificate STS-4 Voyage Artifact This listing is for an American flag that was carried on the Voyage of the Space Shuttle Program.  It was carried aboard Columbia during STS-4. The flag comes permanently affixed to its original NASA  certificate. These were never available to the public. They were only produced as gifts for the NASA  staff who worked on the Shuttle program. Space-flown items of any kind are rare. The frame size is 16" x 12". Overall the item is in great condition, considering it's age. There is vague yellowing to the  certificate, but no major damage.  None of the certificates were  personally signed.
